Google Bad Review 1: I have always been an avid fan of the Conran Shop but today my illusions have been totally shattered. I purchased 3 packs of cards online, only 1 pack turned up. I did not report this within the 24 hour period of time stated in their t's & c's and I have been told that they will neither send me the cards I have paid for nor refund me the money I paid. Is this not called daylight or should I say online robbery? Sorry Conran Shop I'm not impressed, and I'd like everyone else to know your underhand ways and advise people not to buy from you online.

Google Bad Review (2): Very friendly staff who are delighted to help you with spending your money. The real test is when things dont go right. I bought a limited edition Charles Eames chair which when delivered was marked because of the material used to wrap it in – the leather was untreated so came with all manner of warnings about how to look after the leather so that it wouldn't mark. After 5 months of chasing and sending photographs the staff have not done anything – masses of heart felt apologies and statements about it “not being good enough” and then nothing. Situation still not resolved so am having to go into the store to deal with it. Clearly they are hoping that I will get bored and just accept this substandard chair. This is not what you expect when you spend £6500 on a chair. Will not buy anything from this store again.
