Google Bad Review (2):  Ordered a planter – original price £90 on sale i paid £45! I was most disappointed with the item and paid over £7 delivery for the item too! When it arrived i was shocked at how cheap, flimsy and horrible it was. Looked like it would not even hold the weight of a plant and was advertised as distressed look but it just looked dirty and stained. I have ordered two other planters from Amazon and WAYFAIR at less than half the price and was so pleased with their quality and look. Fishpools, after phoning chasing and then phoning again a week later as did not hear anything back from my original email, suggested i could drop them back to their shop in Waltham Cross! Which obviously I am not able to do under the current circumstances and they said that is how the other planters are therefore able to return for refund but return postage at my expense! Very disappointed with the items ordered and the service. Would definately not recommend ordering from Fishpools. 🙁
