Google Bad Review (2): The advisors are given an initial of all employees to look after, I think it’s the Surname?
The female advisor whom I was unlucky enough to receive was so rude, condescending and abrasive on the phone. Nobody has ever spoken to me leading up to or since that day in my experience with communications with anyone at TfL. I was reading my annual pension statement when I wasn’t sure about a couple of things, so I wanted them explained, big mistake. I actually telephoned her back and tried to explain how she made me feel and her response was “I don’t care, make a complaint”. Shocking.
Since then, I’ve only passed my pension related queries to my unions pension advisor as to be honest I have genuine anxiety and trepidation whenever I think about it.
