Google Bad Review: Arrived to pick up our car today only to find that the branch is closed. No one notified us of the closure despite having made the booking over 4 months in advance. We now have no car, but instead have a lengthy battle for a refund ahead of us, quite possibly with no compensation. Had no choice but to hire a car at a completely different location, the next day, at a much higher rate. Thanks a lot for the inconvenience, Hertz. We won't be back.
