Google Bad Review 1: The screen of my Honour 10 (Huawei) phone shattered as I dropped the phone, accidentally, and it landed face down, on my kitchen floor. Prior to that I had used the phone for 18 months without any issues. Sent the phone to Tech Direct for a screen replacement. They charged me £60 and used a cheap, non-tempered, glass as a screen replacement. Consequently, the screen cracked within one month of normal use (the phone was not dropped or knocked or mishandled). Sent the phone back to Tech Direct. The Proprietor admitted they'd used a cheap, non-tempered glass, as a replacement, but refused to replace the broken glass or even partially refund me. His defence was that if they'd used the correct type of shatter-proof glass it would have cost me £180 to replace the screen, thereby admitting the glass he'd used, to fix the screen, was not fit for purpose.
Would not recommend this retailer….
