Google Bad Review 1:  I was meant to have an appointment at 11am I got there and the shop wasn’t open the shutters were still down which meant I had to walk around till they opened. When they finally opened it was 11:20 the hairdresser that was meant to be doing my hair Lisya still hadn’t showed up it came to 12am I asked the person at the desk where she was because I had to be somewhere else later on that day, she told me that she wasn’t answering her phone. Time went past it’s coming up to one o’clock she passed me the phone it was the hairdresser she said how she wasn’t going to be able to make it today because she was ‘sick’ so why didn’t you let me know from earlier you had me sitting down waiting like an idiot. If they don’t fix up they will get shut down.

Google Bad Review (2):  Would not even give a 1 star. The management and Lisa specifically is rude and unprofessional. They will have you in the salon all day wasting your time and disrespecting you. Arriving hours late for appointments, eating food and having cigarette breaks on your appointment time, plus having ashtray hands in your hair due to taking multiple cigarette breaks while doing you’re hair. They make up salon prices based on how they judge your pocket and there is no fixed price list. Please avoid this salon. The legacy has gone and they will not last
