Google Bad Review 1: Had heard so much about them and went with very high hopes I am with professionals unfortunately what I discovered during my consultation was an unsure hairdresser going back and forth to talk to her manager which did not make an appearance at all. What I needed was an opinion of an experienced professional regarding my hair condition, what I got was a confused lady that in the end wanted to cut my hair in the middle for a test patch. When I confronted them why we cannot do the test patch without cutting the hair they stated they would have to charge me full price for colouring services. I left absolutely shocked by their answer.

Google Bad Review (2): I only came to Taylor Taylor because my hair stylist (whom I have been with for more than 10 years and came from HOB Baker Street which is a fantastic salon) started working here. But today I have decided never to use their services again.
I was literally 2 mins past their ‘cut off time' when I arrived for highlights and they insisted they could not accommodate me. PLEASE! It is not a science! They are too precious about themselves and completely inflexible in their service. This is of course not the first bad experience.
In general: 1) They over-complicate things and ask a million questions about what you would like to do to your hair (this is what the professional stylists and colourists are paid to do, so don't ask the customer!) before booking you in for precisely the right amount of time; 2) Their processes are appalling so to make or change an appointment it takes ages and then they call you back after to say that you double-booked as they did not cancel the original appointment themselves; and 3) Worst of all, the manager and support staff have a BAD ATTITUDE PROBLEM. They are patronising and inflexible. They have just lost a well-paying valuable customer (£300-500 per visit!). I would not recommend them to anyone. You should never have to pay good money to get service like this.
I will have to find another way of getting my hair cut by my favourite stylist. Or sadly, find another.
