Google Bad Review 1: An absolute rip off… We did not receive the decoration that we were expecting at our wedding reception. After being shown images of marquee draping at our chosen venue and showing interest in having this, it was not provided on the day. We paid £2700 for draping around our venue which was very poorly done, the drapes used were very creased and there were even bits falling down. The communication between ourselves and RWS was not good, with so many contracts being sent back and forth it got confusing, and so we were very misled into what we thought we were having on our wedding day.
Unfortunately RWS were the only company to provide draping at our venue so we had no choice but to use them as our decorators. They are far too over priced, only caring about their profits and not the service being provided to their customers.
