Google Bad Review 1:  We ordered veg momos and was given chicken momos instead. When raised with the waiter we were told ‘given the wrong plate' with no apologies considering we almost took a bite. The triple szechuan was tasteless and covered in oil. We mentioned this to the waiter who replied ‘we can't give money back' when we didn't even ask for that. Overall we were very disappointed with the service and quality of food given to us.

Google Bad Review (2):  We had sat inside and were placed right next to the door. It was absolutely freezing and the manager was adamant that he did not want to move us. The menu prices that was posted on their website did not mirror the prices that were in the restaurant’s menu. This is incredibly deceiving and misleading. The worst part about this restaurant is the undoubtably the rudest man I have ever come across. He turned away 14 people, three different groups. One reason was due to the manager not accommodating the mother’s pushchair, telling the mum to leave her pushchair outside. Another reason was that the group did not order enough kebabs. Third reason was that his attitude simply stinks. There are ridiculous rules all over the restaurant! This manager even argues with the delivery drivers! This is disgusting behaviour, that should not be tolerated in the hospitality business. If you want to be disrespected go to Wok & Karahi. Will never dine here again.

Google Bad Review 1:  One of the worst Asian restaurants I have been to in my life. Southall has authentic fresh cuisines but this restaurant is an embarrassment. Old chicken mixed into the curry as you can see in the pictures. The menu is misleading as it has one ordinary dish in a different name under the restaurant special. Breakfast says everyday 9 am to 1pm except Friday. But the guy told us it is only on Saturday and Sunday. On top of that they cant even add up a bill to the correct amount. Please do not waste your money here

Google Bad Review (2):  I live locally and would go to this restaurant regularly before lockdown & during lockdown I have been ordering from them regularly too! I ordered the Haleem which I’ve ordered before and it’s been fine, but this time it was so salty it was inedible to the point that I had to add lots of water to it and boil it through to lessen the taste, after which it was still inedible and so I had to discard it. I called the restaurant to let them know because it’s not cheap. You spend quite a bit for a small portion; but rather than apologise and find a solution to replace it which is what would have happened if I was in the restaurant itself, they said they tried the Haleem and it was fine and that whilst they apologise, IF there was a “genuine” issue they would have done something. I cannot tell you how insulted I was to be dismissed like this, and to have them imply that I was lying by saying that my issue wasn’t genuine. Then why are you apologising for. Don’t apologise then. It’s a verb. An action word, if you’re going to apologise do something to rectify the issue. Who wastes their time calling up a restaurant on a Saturday night to make a complaint for the fun of it?! Had they offered to replace it and solve this, chances are I would have said don’t worry about it, because at the very least I would have known that they were being genuine their end, and that it was being taken seriously, but it’s the sheer audacity for a local business i’ve been supporting for years to dismiss me, and tell me that my experience couldn’t possibly have been my experience because they checked their end and there wasn’t an issue. How can you tell me and challenge what was my personal experience?! I ate it. You didn’t eat what I ate?! This is the problem with ordering a takeaway, once you’re at home some of these restaurants think they can absolve themselves. There needs to be a better system if you’re relying on people to order takeaways from you because customers just loose trust.

Even if there wasn’t an issue, the fact that I was so unhappy, shows this restaurant doesn’t value my business at all. If that’s the case I’ll take it elsewhere. When I asked the person I was speaking to for his name because he was rude and dismissive and I explained that I wanted to call back to speak to a manager he refused to give his name, which was unfair because he new my name. Again, if I was in the restaurant he would have a name badge and I would know and it seemed like a cop out in order to avoid any accountability. I guessed that I was speaking to someone called Inam Ul Haq, and I knew this was his name because as explained I come here regularly and I recognised the voice. The moment I said this he refused to answer and passed the phone over to his colleague. I spoke to his colleague Ibrar Khan who accidentally confirmed I was speaking to Inam. He too was also dismissive and told me that because I am younger than him I should speak to him with decency. My age is irrelevant. I am an unhappy customer because what I ordered and expected is not what I received and age is irrelevant. Again another cop out to avoid accountability. Unfortunately I have no choice but to put this on trip advisor. Don’t come here if you expect decent customer service, you won’t get none!

Google Bad Review 1:  What a complete waste of my time and (petrol) money. Went there to buy a car for my cousin. Car was not as advertised when I saw the car it was evident that it was damage repaired and not professionally done either. This was not written anywhere in the description and I couldn't tell when looking at pics as they were probably taken to hide the damaged areas. Obviously I didn't purchase it I wouldn't advise anyone to spend or even bother trusting what's written as I said was a waste of time. Better to spend your hard earned cash elsewhere

Well, lets start at the beginning shall we. Found a car on auto trader, asked if I could come down, view and test drive. Once arrived we waited around 5-10mins for the vehicle to show up, once it did it was not how it was advertised. Body condition was pretty tatty which is understandable for a 2006 year, but then that should be stated or shown in the pictures and many cars that year and older are in great condition. Moving past that looked inside the car doors opened fine, passenger window was a bit dodgey nothing major but then tried to open the boot! Would not open! Bare in mind the vehicle was only a 3 door soo you kinda need the boot in working order tbh. But cool, moving on again, test drove the vehicle, for some strange reason the guy held onto my driving license for the whole test drive, but the car drove ok, needed a service but was alright to drive. Went back inside the office and negotiated a price due to the body work and we agreed they would sort out the boot before I was ready to leave and go. Was also told they would do the MOT within the next 30mins, just needes to take it down to their partner garage. Deal I was happy with, till I got to the transaction its self! They slapped on a £80 admin fee, for what? I’ll never know, tried to compare themselves to car giant! Luckily I had mainly cash on me, so paid the rest on my card. Asked me to leave a google review, i said fine no problem, she then said can you do it now infront of me, sounded abit weird so i said no, I’ll do it once I’m home and i know everything is certified. Transaction done, paperwork work sorted, ready to leave and go get the MOT sorted, but yet boot still not opening. Asked what was going on, mr man decided to say “we can’t sort the boot, you need to sort it yourself!” Excuse part of the deal was sorting out this boot! Now I’m being told I’ll have to do it myself, nah nah nah nah nah!!! Long story short mr man was being very rude and aggressive soo decided to get a refund, glad I did and looked elsewhere as found a better vehicle 15mins away and a much better price. Long story short, wouldn’t be returning their and I definitely would not recommend

Google Bad Review (2):  Friendly salesman (Mo), but I cant recommend this seller based on my aftersales experience. Having bought a car on the basis that it was in excellent condition, all manner of things start going wrong over the first week, so i take it back, talk to the manager and get told “this car was part ex'd in for something we were selling. No warranty. No refunds. No guarantee.” They did offer to have the car checked by a mechanic, but since I needed a car for Monday, and they couldn't get it done till Monday I had no option but to take the car and leave, with the check engine light still on. I believe the seller allows you to have an independent mechanic check the car before you buy, and I should have done that myself. Lesson learnt and expensive paperweight in my drive now.

Google Bad Review 1:  The customer service here is one of the worst, staff are arrogant for some reason, they always busy but just don’t have time to help their customers.

Once me and my husband and 1 year old baby went there, baby fell asleep in the car, we don’t want to disturb her nap, so we decided one of us sit in the car to let her get some sleep and the other go to get the essentials. But I happened to forget my membership card, so my husband went to show them his membership card and explained to them the situation and asked them if it’s possible to just let me wife come in? They rejected ‍♂️ and didn’t feel any sorry about it, and stated, it’s our policy you have to come together with your wife. There is nothing we can do about this. You must come shopping with your wife together.

I haven’t been to other Costco so far, but this one, regardless they have great products, this customer service I wouldn’t even give a zero.
