Google Bad Review:  Shocking company! MOST of it's employees are more interested in obtaining permanent residency from this employment and the lives of its clientèle is insignificant. The Management, the less that could be said about them the better, talking of less, that is exactly what they do. Butter their bread from money but forget about providing good care. Field Manager, is a ‘drama queen' like she called my mother. Pretending to care but infact ticking her boxes whilst holding a clipboard, she is what I call, an incompetent manager, she needs to be off the field and into a training centre where her clipboard and pen to paper may allow her to acquire some skills. The Carers are not bad people, they lack training, however 3 days into the job, they didn't come for the morning shift (my Dad is a stroke patient and can not move) – for context. It was pretty shambolic, that the agency lines up their pockets with money while not providing services. If I was to not go to my job, I wouldn't get paid, so I don't understand how the government/ NHS/ Local Authorities are allowing this.

Furthermore, one of the carers, she who can not be named but the agency will know who I'm talking about, should not be a carer. She was more interested in wanting to use her phone, argumentative and caused my mother to have a panic attack.

If you care about your loved ones, AVOID and if at any point you leave your loved ones unattended with this agency, you should be concerned. Lastly, if your loved ones live alone with this agency I would be horrified if I were you.
