Google Bad Review:  We previously used Banwaitt heating to put in our boiler and they did a good job. However, when we needed them to come to our house a few years later to service this boiler and check a few other plumbing issues, this is where we were appalled with their service. We asked about 5 times, they kept on promising they would come take a look, we even went to the shop and have been waiting over a month for them to come, to no avail. They didn't even contact us to let us know they weren't coming, we were just waiting around for someone to come.

Maybe they were once a good company, very unprofessional now, I would not recommend them whatsoever, terribly unreliable.
