Google Bad Review:  Soooo disappointed I booked a 2 bedroom apartment for two nights for a place to stay for wedding guests I chose this place as it was close to our venue when I arrived I had to clean floors and walls as I was embarrassed to let our guests stay there. I thought this was a good idea so the guest could get together plan the last minute wedding details have something to eat but this was not possible. Only a few plates cups etc no cutlery at all and then to be confronted with very very rude staff . We wanted to surprise one of the bridesmaids with a cake and a few friends to celebrate her 18th birthday as she was giving her day up to be a bridesmaid the woman on the desk was so rude when I came in she welcomed me with “ now listen to me “ and became very rude then the security man knocking on the door asking who was in there it was more like a bail hostal not an apartment never again to think I cancelled the Marriott for this avoid at all cost

A few days ago I got an email saying cozy apartment had cancelled my restervation and I will get a refund within 30 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats bad enough my trip to london is in 4/5 weeks time (23 April) so its left me really struggling to find another hotel that fits in within mu budget! everywhere else is more than double what I paid for the cozy apartment.

THIS HOTEL LEFT ME IN MAJOR PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!

Now I have spent the last 2 days searching for a hotel for with vacancies for a good price when this cosy hotel pops up as available!!!!!!!! But is £1037 for 1 night.. this is almost 10 times what I had paid previously.

PURE GREED!

I hope this hotel goes out of business!.. Disgusting behaviour

Google Bad Review:  The wi-fi was terrible and kept disconnecting which I would have overlooked if the establishment hadn’t made us pay a £200 deposit upon arrival which they then withheld and wanted an additional £150 for damages to the balcony door which we do not use during our stay.
The charge was never explained to us properly as the receptionist quoted us on the spot.
Moreover, the door was fixed a couple hours after we had left after they had claimed it needed parts imported from Germany.
Very disappointing of them to take advantage of young adults of colour trying to explore London.

Google Good Review:  The flat was nice, located close to restaurants, shops, banks, etc. If you are looking for halal eateries/groceries, there are a number of available restaurants and grocery shops that serve/sell halal foods within 5-10 mins walking distance. The flat is also well connected to tube with a 15-mins walking distance to Northern line train station. The flat provides free wifi, many spare towels, pillows and cooking utensils that you may need to cook. They are all complete and carefully thought for. My family and I loved this flat. Self check in and check out processes were a breeze. The staff were very responsive and supported us for any query that we had thru Whatsapp. Highly recommended, especially if you come with a big family like me (2 adults + 4 kids).
