Google Good Review:  I mean absolutely fantastic apartment. Beautiful in and out. Very private. Impeccably furnished.. A fully detailed and well equipped kitchen. Close proximity to the underground station. Safe neighbourhood. The list is endless. I just adore this apartment!!! I went on a business trip, but I know for a fact that even if I am coming to London on a family trip, this is where I will definitely want to stay for the whole duration of my trip. This is a private property, so there is no concierge or front desk. Instructions for gaining access into the building was smooth and easy. I got a one bedroom apartment, the last time I saw an apartment this large and well equipped was in Dubai, UAE. I felt totally at home. The whole apartment was extremely clean. White bed linens, beautiful & lush blue throw blankets, a fully equipped kitchen, they even had a basket of cereal, fresh milk, coffee, tea and sugar. I didn’t have to worry about breakfast in the morning…. The Wi-Fi was very fast and the smart TV was just fully loaded.. it had NETFILX!!!!!!!! The washroom was very nice with large white towels. I honestly cannot find a single fault with this building

Google Bad Review:  By far the worst service I have ever received and based of the reviews I have now seen I definitely believe it was racially motivated. My booking was cancelled on the day of check in as they apparently do not accept bookings from people who live in London. This was only advised after I had been asked a series of personal questions, even though I had sent through my ID and address days beforehand. Ruined my anniversary weekend and wouldn't recommend such an unprofessional company.
