Google Bad Review 1:  BURNT MY BODY WITH LASER!
I went to Dermadoc for full body hair removal treatment, they use cynosure which has two lasers settings one for lighter skin and one for darker.
My first session they used a combination for the darker regions of my body but after this the therapist Nadine told me she will only use the one for ligher skin as it is faster with shorter intervals between each laser zap. By the end of the sessions I had several burns all over my stomach, my back and my legs. All because she used the wrong setting in order to finish the treatment quickly.
I went to the founder Dr. Firhaas, who is the founder of Dermadoc, tried to convince me it was nothing serious and only a natural response of the body to laser even though it had been couple of weeks! The burns started to darken and get hyper-pigmentation and many months later I still have the burn marks all of my body but Dermadoc never sent me the medication they promised to heal the hyper-pigmentation that they had caused.
I consulted another laser practice who confirmed Dermadoc had used the wrong setting on my body to cause this. I demanded a refund for the sessions where the therapist had used the wrong setting but they only gave me a partial refund. They also tried to convince me that they ‘included' my deposit in what I had already paid when I knew they did not.
I would not recommend Dermadoc to anyone! They rush treatments and do care about their clients!

Google Bad Review (2):  I’m a bit upset
I’ve been a regular customer with Nadine who unfortunately left. Last session I had I am 100% sure there was missed spots by the therapist so I went back after a month asking for a touch up. They told me it’s impossible to have missed spots in laser and this is just how the growth cycle works (I have had over 10 sessions I usually don’t have patches anymore). The therapist even refuse to examine the hair and refused to listen to me insisting they didn’t miss any spots. Come back Nadine please we miss you. I expected better treatment for a regular customer.
