Google Bad Review (2): BE AWARE OF THAT CLINIC For your own sake please BELIEVE ALL BAD REVIEWS ! they CANCELLED MY brest enlargement PROCEDURE MINUTES BEFORE I WAS GOING TO THE THEATRE ! SAYING THAT SOME DOCUMENTATION IS MISSING AND Dr Perone IS NOT HAPPY TO RUN THE OPERATION THEY SEND ME BACK HOME !!!!!! SHOCKED !! After arranging things around my work, bying fly tickets for my mom to take care of my little daughter while I'm not in shape post op, starving from the morning, preparing myself to the procedure… all they told me that these things happen sometimes at their clinic :0 When I demanded straight away to speak to the manager he came to see me for one second said sorry and escaped from the room immediately explaining he's super busy! How rude! Nobody wanted to talk to me. I was crying. Such a stress! So unrespectful.
Also I want to mention that my initial date of procedure got cancelled by them with only 2 weeks notice, I've lost a lot of money cos of that. They do tempt people with low prices but the money you save is not worth your stress they put on you and to experiance the way they treat you. They employ good surgeons but the customer service is very unprofessional towards clients, poor communication, they do not respond to e-mails, suckers working at the reception and so many more bad things to say about them. I'd be scared to go there again to have anything else done. My friend had the same experiance with them – her op got cancelled twice ! Sometimes is better, easier and even cheaper to learn from somebody's experiance… I know when you read bad reviewes you think, ok, it could happen to any one, at any clinic but I may be lucky with them and my procedure will go smoothly…. I was thinking this way – Nevertheless the number and content of bad reviews should make you think twice and realize you're taking realistic risk… BE AWARE OF THAT CLINIC
