Google Good Review:  I am over the moon thrilled with the results of my eyelid surgery by Theo Nanidis. From my first consultation I felt confident and comfortable with Mr Nanidis and pleased he would be my surgeon. The procedure is fairly simple and done under local anesthesia. There was no pain at all before, during or after the procedure. My favorite part? Each day my husband asks me if I’m wearing makeup, I am not. Google Bad Review 1:  BURNT MY BODY WITH LASER!
I went to Dermadoc for full body hair removal treatment, they use cynosure which has two lasers settings one for lighter skin and one for darker.
My first session they used a combination for the darker regions of my body but after this the therapist Nadine told me she will only use the one for ligher skin as it is faster with shorter intervals between each laser zap. By the end of the sessions I had several burns all over my stomach, my back and my legs. All because she used the wrong setting in order to finish the treatment quickly.
I went to the founder Dr. Firhaas, who is the founder of Dermadoc, tried to convince me it was nothing serious and only a natural response of the body to laser even though it had been couple of weeks! The burns started to darken and get hyper-pigmentation and many months later I still have the burn marks all of my body but Dermadoc never sent me the medication they promised to heal the hyper-pigmentation that they had caused.
I consulted another laser practice who confirmed Dermadoc had used the wrong setting on my body to cause this. I demanded a refund for the sessions where the therapist had used the wrong setting but they only gave me a partial refund. They also tried to convince me that they ‘included' my deposit in what I had already paid when I knew they did not.
I would not recommend Dermadoc to anyone! They rush treatments and do care about their clients!

I’ve been a regular customer with Nadine who unfortunately left. Last session I had I am 100% sure there was missed spots by the therapist so I went back after a month asking for a touch up. They told me it’s impossible to have missed spots in laser and this is just how the growth cycle works (I have had over 10 sessions I usually don’t have patches anymore). The therapist even refuse to examine the hair and refused to listen to me insisting they didn’t miss any spots. Come back Nadine please we miss you. I expected better treatment for a regular customer.

Google Good Review:  I had a very difficult revision surgery with Dr Townley. I have consulted so many surgeons and either they couldn’t do it or over promising. Dr Townley is very professional, honest and knowledgeable with great sympathy! He never dismiss any of my minor concerns and helped me enormously. I know what I am trying to revise is very difficult and may need multiple procedures but with this one go, I have already feel so much happy and better. He is very patient and willing to see me multiple times through face to face and telephone conversations. On the surgery day, he put me at ease with excellent time management. I didn’t feel any pain a few hours after and even worked from home on the second day of the surgery. He follows up with me and responses all my concerns in a timely manner. I am the kind of person, who have a high standards on professionalism due to my own profession. I think Dr Townley is not just professional but with a very kind heart which is vital in medical field as they are dealing with human beings. I can easily tell that there are surgeons only think about money that set Dr Townley apart. Dr Twonley is a true doctor, who really cares about you as a person and not motivated by financial incentives. He has very reasonable fees and is really willing to take challenge and help you. I can’t appreciate him enough and definitely recommend him if you want one of the best surgeons in the country.

Recommended fillers for my tear troughs and it had no effect whatsoever.

At £1500 for 2ml of poor product that should never have been recommended I have to say this was about the money not the patient and the experience.

I have a bulge and a hollow in my tear troughs. Only on seeing someone truely at the top of their game do I now know that I need transconjunctival blepharoplasty to make a difference and will also need to pay extra to get the filler that should never have been used dissolved.

Very excited to be in the hands of a real expert and even thought seeing Maryam Zamani was an expensive mistake I had a narrow miss in the grand scheme of things.

I have no interest in tarnishing anyone’s reputation but everything I have written is factual and can be verified.

Google Bad Review (2):  Really disappointed. I did not receive the service that I was promised nor expected. After an extreme skin reaction to a skincare routine that had been recommended by Dr Zamani, it took her two days to respond to me, and I felt like scratching my skin off throughout. I was unable to get follow up medication from her also. The other reviews seem good, so maybe I was unlucky, but I was totally disappointed and no improvement to my skin and poor service.

My personal story as a client of the Cadogan Clinic: I wanted a small correction on my nose and met Dr. Amar four years ago which was the worst decision of my life.
We discussed and agreed on having a minor adjustment on the tip of my nose, which already looked beautiful, but it simply a minor imperfection. We booked the surgery two weeks after the meeting, which resulted in him completely butchering my nose and going outside of the remit we discussed.
About a year after he offered to fix it for free so we went for a second surgery and it turned out even worse. After healing time I arranged a meeting with him and the founder of the clinic (Bryan Mayou) to discuss the terrible outcome of my surgery. They both denied any problems even though it looked monstrous (one of my nostrils had shrank upwards, exposing the inside of my nose, the tip looked like a beak, and it was unsymmetrical with bumps everywhere)…. they were very insensitive to this, denying any problems existed however they quickly offered to refunded me in full during the meeting that lasted 10-15 minutes. Since then I researched and sourced a world renowned reconstructive surgeon in Los Angeles where I had two corrective surgeries and spent nearly £40k to have a natural looking nose again. I’m slowly gaining my self confidence back.
Going to the Cadogan Clinic will always be my biggest regret in life. AVOID at all cost!

Google Bad Review 1:  I went to Dr Abood with scaring to my arm. During the initial consultation we discussed keloid scaring that was symptomatic and covered by BUPA as well as non symptomatic scaring where we discussed the possibility of surgery to reduce their appearance (not covered by BUPA).

On the keloid scaring it was claimed BUPA do not cover steroid injections which after calling up BUPA I found not to be the case. No attempt was made to work out how to proceed (I suggested they call up BUPA or offer alternative treatments) and they have totally ignored my last three emails.

On the second point regarding the non symptomatic scars I was provided with a quote for the surgery after only very minimal discussion around the issue. No best case/worst case outcome was provided, no photos of previous surgery shown and no diagrams of what the scars may look like after the procedure produced. Just a pound amount for a procedure given.

I can’t comment on the quality of Dr Abood’s surgeries but I can say the quality of service after initial consultation has been abysmal.

I do not recommend at all this surgery, avoid it at all costs!!!
I had booked a consultation with dr khalid irshad in September at 4:30PM. Bare in mind he might go under different forenames as he has a few forenames and used different forename at every surgery he worked for or he might simply introduce himself with the forename only.
I have paid for the consultation in advance £50 as per the policy. After waiting and waiting I have been attended at 5:45PM. During all this time waiting for the doctor to see me, I had the pleasure to meet one of his patients who has been waiting since morning for him for a surgery. She had one of her breasts very infected and this doctor kept delaying to see her. She was clearly very worried as the procedure seemed to be very complicated and this doctor didn't seem to care much.
Anyway, I have been seen by this so called doctor irshad who has been very unprofessional. Apart from the fact that I have been waiting to be seen for an hour and 15 mins, he took the liberty to take personal calls, send text messages and check the Rightmove website on his phone, I assume he was trying to rent a property. I don't mind people doing this, but not during my consultation and on MY MONEY! He was simply taking calls explaining to the agents about renting references and other stuff.
He rushed me during the consultation, I was left with no words, then he simply left after about 10 mins as he had things to do.
After a few days, I have spoken to Jayne, who seemed to be very nice at the beginning, and explained to her the situation. She said that she will speak to the finance department for a refund to be made to me. It's been a couple of weeks since then and she keeps lying to me that the refund will be made. Sorry, Jayne, but I can no longer trust your word, I know that you simply said that so that I do not go ahead with my complaint.
This is my experience with irshad and he didn't give me the impression that he was a professional at all.
Again, I do not recommend!!

Google Bad Review 1:  Recently, just seen this Doctor for a post follow up for my mother. I would like to add that the experience was awful. He doesn't not consider his patients or the patients family members. Not an easy going, polite Doctor who makes his patients feel at ease. My mother completed a procedure and was looking for permanent results. Examining the situation I believe the right procedure was not appointed to her. The procedure that he did end up completing left my mother feeling as If there wasnt much of a difference made. I, myself work at a private place and I know that the standards that needs to be upheld. Unfortunately, it wasnt met by him.
