Google Bad Review:  I purchased a car from this dealer back in November it was advertised it had a sun roof
2 keys very good condition and climate control
When I got there the car had no sunroof I said ok it had 2000 mileage extra than advertised
Looked round the car it had few scratches no major damage that I can see it had some sort of hanging wire and there was a motor noise coming from the passenger side when asked the sales person he said it is just the window adjusting and that the hanging wire is nothing they will fix it right now just it will pop right back in
When paid for the car they couldn't find the extra key they said they will find it tomorrow
When got inside the car notice the wire still hanging he said it is getting late now come tomorrow for the key and we will pop the cable right back in
When I got home next day I noticed the nois was from the said passenger side mirror it had broken off and they stuck it with black tape to hid the damage and cover it the same colour of the car just to sell the car so I went back to them amar the owner said this is nothing just a screw I can get from eBay and the sat nav I should go and get it reset at the delar not he will take it, keeping in mind this was £7000 car it wasn't cheap
So I went to the dealer at the same time I asked about the mirror he said this mirror need complete replacing and it will be quite costly
I contacted the garage he played down again and said I will be it of ebay or from another damaged car 2 weeks later at that time the car developed a fault and no sign of the mirror
And they still can't find the second key and the wire still hanging
So I asked for legal advice and they said I can take them to the small claim court after writing them a letter so I did
They contacted me and all the mean while they always promised on their mothers life they will keep me up to date and they will surely fix it
So they got in touch after the letter and email and offered to pay for a mirror from the delar not the full amount plus still no mention to the key so I greed to pay out of desperation for some of the amount disregarding the VAT as a business they can claim it back I can't one month later the mirror arrived made an appointment they changed it of course it is always me who have to do the chasing they never get in touch or update you
Then they claimed they have ordered the correct item but the delar sent the work one so after another month the one hour repair for the fault with the car took 3 days
Any how they fixed the mirror but they demanded I pay the different and the VAT apparently they don't bother with VAT then he asked me for the invoice back once I paid the different plus the VAT which I refused
S9 if you want this kind of headache then go this dealer or option to his throw your money in the nearest bin it is easier nothing they say it is true they will give you lots of lies once they get your money that's it they have no respect to you to this country to other humans so my advice please stay away ps the hanging wire which can be pushed right in still hanging and the reason it is hanging the cat has a missing panel so please please think before you even go there

Google Bad Review (2):  Megastar cars ltd – awful company and dishonest behaviour. Think twice before buying a car with megastar cars ltd – I trusted them when they promised to fix a car issue before I buy the car. Phoned them 2 times during the week to make sure everything was fixed and if it’s ok to pay and pick up. They told me all is good, on arrival the salesman asked if I want to check the car, but when I agreed he suddenly offered to sign the contract first. I didn’t think much of it as they seemed to have some good reviews on feefo (feefo is not a transparent company, see reviews about them and how it works on Trust Pilot) So I signed, thinking I can trust them. Huge mistake.
Turns out they didn’t fix the issue. I asked for a full refund, they refused, even though it was within the 30 day of purchase and by law they are required to give a full refund.
They offered to fix the issue, and I had to waste my time and money going to the garage they sent me to. 3 times I went there and each time I was sent back with different excuses. In the end the garage told me that megastar cars ordered the part and it will arrive in about… 2 MONTHS.
After that I decided I should take them to the small claims court, sent 2 formal letters – they ignored both of them. Had to contact the salesman via WhatsApp and even offered an alternative dispute resolution service, but they ignored that as well.
I filed for small claims court, and they replied after 20+ days, right on the deadline saying they want a mediation. So when I offered it to them before going to the small claims they ignored me, now they want a mediation service?? Jokers.
Its been almost 2 months since I bought a car from them. I’m still waiting for a full refund.
Hope a potential buyer will read this and won’t be fooled by all those “verified” feefo reviews by people you select based on a car condition.

Google Bad Review 1:  I advise anyone to stay away from this dealer. They are not professional and very misleading in their communication. I bought a car less than a month ago and had issues with the window. They said they will send me to mechanic to fix issue. Which they did but travelled far from herts to London only for mechanic to guess the issue and not diagnose it wasting my time and petrol. The dealer then said I have to pay to fix the car even though I said that I prefer to go to my local mechanic as I have young kids and need the car. They should have been honest from start not sending me to their mechanic far away only for me to have to pay for it

Im absolutely shocked by their after care. I have given them lots of business and clearly they do not value their customers. Please stay away from them.

Google Bad Review (2):  Bought a car from this dealership 2 weeks ago.
There is a beeping noise coming from the dashboard. Gearone Autos said they would send me the address of a mechanic to take it to, however I have chased several times and they still haven't sent it.
I have since taken it to a Toyota dealership and they have advised that the clutch is faulty and needs to be replaced urgently. They also advised that 2 of the tyres need to be replaced urgently.
Neither of these things were made aware to me when I purchased the vehicle.
Would strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
