Google Bad Review 1: This company changes its name every other month, due to bad reviews. Bought a car from there a few months ago which broke down on my way home. I understand buying 2nd hand cars you never know what can happen, but it’s the service you get after. Reluctant to answer my phone calls, told to speak to ‘warranty’ as a get out clause from helping me. The warranty didn’t want to know as the issue was from the dealership and the dealership didn’t want to take responsibility.

REFUSE TO EXCEPT MY RIGHT OF REJECTION, DUE TO FAULTY GEARBOX. GAVE THEM PLENTY OF CHANCES TO REFUND AND PAY FOR ALL THE COSTS AND STILL HE REFUSES AND IGNORES ME. YOUR TIME IS UP, NOW APPLYING TO COUNTY COURT FOR A CCJ TO GET MY MONEY BACK. SEE YOU IN COURT MR AHMED JAFF !
Feedback based on experience so far, I will update feedback accordingly after finding out what the problem is with the car engine only after doing 200 miles in it..I'll be Back !
Update 6/3/19 Had it put into 3 local garages and have been told that it has series mechanical issues, further update of costs and full diagnosis will be added shortly, this dealer once again brushing me under the carpet and ignoring my emails, extremely unprofessional, please purchase cars from this garage with extreme caution…
******** Update 14/3/19 ********** Its a Faulty Gearbox!! NOT happy! …And Still NO replies from my emails from Mr Jaff Ahmed of MAXWHEELS.
After 3 months of pure ignorance from this company, through the AA compliance rules they took car back and finally got my money, do t buy a car from these people unless you get a vehicle inspector on it first, they will lie about condition etc, get it checked out and drive it on motorway. A lot of his feedback is false, once they get bad feedback again they will change garage name once again. They have a lot to learn about Consumers rights and UK law, as they are not above it!
