Google Bad Review: Avoid this dealership, their service is shocking. I bought a 2010 Nissan Juke from them. They take your calls during the sales process but it is impossible to get a hold of them after you have received the car. Firstly, they promised to do a valet service before they delivered the car. That was not the case, I had black mould on the internal handles and vanity mirrors. Secondly, they promised to deliver the vehicle on the Friday but they kept making conflicting excuses of why they couldn't, I had to insist and finally they delivered late that evening. In the morning I realised that they had driven the car without the cap for radiator expansion bottle. I asked them for this and they said I didnt need it, I called a Nissan dealership and they said I had to have it and it is dangerous not to have it. The cap cost £28, the radio also needed a code for it to work. I reported this and Premium Cars said they will get it, 2 weeks later and trying to call them every day I had heard nothing. So I had to take to the car to the Nissan dealership to sort it our, which cost me £68. With the sale I was supposed to get free warranty, which they have never sent making the excuse that I owe for the tax but it has almost cost to get the radio and cap sorted. When they finally called me, they where rude and said they would sort the radio but it had been 4 weeks then and nothing had happened.

And recently the boot has stopped opening which is going to cost me more money.

I reported this to the AA (as they where a AA approved dealership) and the AA has not been able to get a hold of them for 3 weeks. I have given up on the warranty but please avoid these guys.
