Google Bad Review:  I have had one of the worst experiences at this clinic due to their very poor customer service and quality of services generally. I came to D&S for the Invisalign treatment in May and went through the preliminary checkups. From the outset, I informed Dr Patel of my frequent travel dates due to work and he assured me that he will be able to accommodate them without disrupting the course of treatment – which has been calculated to be 10 weeks. I also let him know that I will be leaving London mid August and that it is imperative that the treatment is done by then. He also assured me that the time frame of the treatment calculated will begin and end in time and will be done in a way as to not be interrupted by my frequent work trips. That did NOT happen. Weeks have passed since my first aligner fitting appointment and I have not been contacted by the clinic to even give me an idea of when the treatment is planned to start. Naturally, I was only informed of the arrival of the invisilign aligners whilst abroad and that the delay was caused by the courier company. I informed the clinic of my arrival date – which unfortunately had set me 3 weeks behind schedule. Upon my return, I have been waiting to be given an appointment with Dr Patel and I only got to see him 2 weeks later. Which means that in total, I have been 5 weeks behind schedule. When I met Dr Patel, he tried to convince and reassure me to begin the treatment, and that it will be safe for me to condense it to 7 weeks!!!!!!!!! Whilst knowing that the treatment will end with me abroad, he tried to deflect his clinic's responsibility of my treatment by trying to convince me to have my aligner tags be taken out by another clinic based abroad. Basically, his clinic has charged me FULL PRICE for the invislign treatment whilst falling short of the services they HAVE PROMISED to provide me. I will seek legal action against this clinic but this is a word of caution to anyone who is interested in their services. Also, I found it very unusual that they constantly have new front house/admin staff who are clueless of their clients and do not respond to emails (surprise surprise: have not responded to ANY of my emails requesting refund)

Google Bad Review 1:  I have had one of the worst experiences at this clinic due to their very poor customer service and quality of services generally. I came to D&S for the Invisalign treatment in May and went through the preliminary checkups. From the outset, I informed Dr Patel of my frequent travel dates due to work and he assured me that he will be able to accommodate them without disrupting the course of treatment – which has been calculated to be 10 weeks. I also let him know that I will be leaving London mid August and that it is imperative that the treatment is done by then. He also assured me that the time frame of the treatment calculated will begin and end in time and will be done in a way as to not be interrupted by my frequent work trips. That did NOT happen. Weeks have passed since my first aligner fitting appointment and I have not been contacted by the clinic to even give me an idea of when the treatment is planned to start. Naturally, I was only informed of the arrival of the invisilign aligners whilst abroad and that the delay was caused by the courier company. I informed the clinic of my arrival date – which unfortunately had set me 3 weeks behind schedule. Upon my return, I have been waiting to be given an appointment with Dr Patel and I only got to see him 2 weeks later. Which means that in total, I have been 5 weeks behind schedule. When I met Dr Patel, he tried to convince and reassure me to begin the treatment, and that it will be safe for me to condense it to 7 weeks!!!!!!!!! Whilst knowing that the treatment will end with me abroad, he tried to deflect his clinic's responsibility of my treatment by trying to convince me to have my aligner tags be taken out by another clinic based abroad. Basically, his clinic has charged me FULL PRICE for the invislign treatment whilst falling short of the services they HAVE PROMISED to provide me. I will seek legal action against this clinic but this is a word of caution to anyone who is interested in their services. Also, I found it very unusual that they constantly have new front house/admin staff who are clueless of their clients and do not respond to emails (surprise surprise: have not responded to ANY of my emails requesting refund)

Google Bad Review (2):  I visited this dentist and was recommended another service which I pre paid for. Three months later when I was leaving my second appointment I was informed I needed to pay and although I told them I already had they then told me of the £60 worth of additional charges for things I hadn’t been informed or asked about. I disagreed because I’d already paid the original agreed amount but I couldn’t be bothered to argue so I paid again. I never agreed to be in their newsletter yet they persistently emailed me asking for google reviews and offered services. I emailed asking to be removed from the data base because there was no unsubscribe button. In may when by LAW they were supposed to remove anyone who did not resubcrube (when I had never originally subscribed) and they still emailed me. I replied reminding them this and telling them I would finally leave that review they hassle clients for. Here it is. Terrible service, in transparent fees and emails you didn’t ask for.

Google Bad Review (2):  The most unfriendly vet and the highest pricing ever experienced.

Advising me to leave my cat behind just because it's vaccin date was officially starting 3 days after me moving out of the UK, when even the police control at the border let me go through, understanding that in my situation I could not move without the cat even tho the vaccin start date was not yet due, more comprehensive than the vet himself…

Furthermore, the vet blamed me for refusing to stitch my cat's lip (a minor injury) for 1000 pounds!! When another vet did a glueing prestation for 100 pounds which worked totally fine and the cat healed in less than a week.

Also charged me twice for my cat passport without explanation, and charged me for documents I never received… for a total cost of more than 400 pounds…

Also didn't give me my passport on time (but 10 days after coming in to do the vaccins and paper work) because the vet said he works a lot and had no time in his next 4 days off to sign the papers… And I then received a passport with the wrong address and contact numbers, as they kept the same ones on their system since 5 years (phone number not even in use no more!!) even tho I came in more than 3 times personally to change it and even typed it in myself the last time to make sure they changed it on the passport. And again the address was wrong … and I bet it is now the same mistake on my cat's ship, which is a really bad mistake for the potential loss of the cat: having it registered on my old UK flat when I moved back to France… but they still haven't changed it and don't seem to care.

Worst vet ever, and I have had 3 cats and more than 3 vets as I move a lot, and this was the most costly and insulting prestations ever.

Do not recommend it at all.

Overpriced job and left it unfinished.
Did not have the professionalism or decency to finish the job.

Fitted carpet to stairs, fitter left top of stairs without end nosing as he didn't have one.
Said he would have, to come back.
Its a viral part of fitting carpets to stairs so how it could be forgotten is beyond me.

Contacted Terry who at first said it wasn't in the price quoted. He then changed his mind when i wrote him an email stating that it should be.

Terry asked for date when his fitter could come.
I asked if the fitter could visit on Saturday.
And received no further communication.

I dont have the time to chase him to fit a £10 nosing and will try to do it myself.

Also originally quoted £280 for stairs when i told him 6 of the steps were corners he increased price to £400. He explained price increase was due to extra carpet needed. I agreed as job needed doing quickly. Once fitter finished he left enough carpet to recarpet the stairs again.
Meaning Terry over calculated the amount of carpet needed thus U paid more than i should have.

Google Bad Review (2):  Went to the store to look for a carpet. The salesperson wasn't very helpful and didn't pay a lot of attention to what I wanted and kept showing me random carpets.

In the end I gave them my details for a quote (no idea why they couldn't give me the quote on the spot as I had the measurements). Never called me back.
