Google Bad Review 1: I have been to this hairdresser before for my son we had a good experience as the staff doing the haircut was very friendly and made the experience great. However during this visit we had a different stylist who messed up his hair as its very uneven all around. She was also mot friendly so my son did not have a good experience.

Google Bad Review (2): I was looking for a children's hair dressers closer to home as the one we usually got to is all the way in crouch end. I was delighted to find crops and bobbers as it’s so close to home.

I took my two daughters age 6 and 3 here to have their haircuts. Appointments was booked for 30 mins each however they were both out of there in 30mins so the appointment felt rushed.
The lady who cut my daughters hair was all over the place moving back and forth between my 2 children, instead of finishing one child and then moving on to the other.
My 3yr olds hair was cut into a bob however the lady who cut her hair wasn’t paying attention and cut it very short on one side at the front, so looks very silly and isn’t even. There is no way of rectifying this as her hair will be cut way too short to match the short length on the one side, so I have to wait to grow it out. In the meantime she’ll have to go around with a horrible haircut. It’s also not even around as it’s not a straight cut around and found a few long pieces.
My eldest daughter who only had a trim, her hair also isn’t even, it should be a straight trim however it isn’t, it’s as if someone kept cutting into the hair and not across it, I know that is a technique to cutting hair but it just looks messy and not nicely done.

My children love being pampered and having their hair done so they sat very patiently and still in the chair so I don’t understand how their hair was cut so badly.

It felt like get the child in the chair and out as quickly as possible for the next customer.

Won’t be coming here again and so disappointed.
Overpriced for what it is and as I paid in cash I doubt very much they do refunds. £43 for a cut and a trim poorly done.
Guess I’ll be going back to crouch end, price isn’t an issue as that’s roughly what I pay for at our usual place.

Google Bad Review 1: I have had one of the worst experiences at this clinic due to their very poor customer service and quality of services generally. I came to D&S for the Invisalign treatment in May and went through the preliminary checkups. From the outset, I informed Dr Patel of my frequent travel dates due to work and he assured me that he will be able to accommodate them without disrupting the course of treatment – which has been calculated to be 10 weeks. I also let him know that I will be leaving London mid August and that it is imperative that the treatment is done by then. He also assured me that the time frame of the treatment calculated will begin and end in time and will be done in a way as to not be interrupted by my frequent work trips. That did NOT happen. Weeks have passed since my first aligner fitting appointment and I have not been contacted by the clinic to even give me an idea of when the treatment is planned to start. Naturally, I was only informed of the arrival of the invisilign aligners whilst abroad and that the delay was caused by the courier company. I informed the clinic of my arrival date – which unfortunately had set me 3 weeks behind schedule. Upon my return, I have been waiting to be given an appointment with Dr Patel and I only got to see him 2 weeks later. Which means that in total, I have been 5 weeks behind schedule. When I met Dr Patel, he tried to convince and reassure me to begin the treatment, and that it will be safe for me to condense it to 7 weeks!!!!!!!!! Whilst knowing that the treatment will end with me abroad, he tried to deflect his clinic's responsibility of my treatment by trying to convince me to have my aligner tags be taken out by another clinic based abroad. Basically, his clinic has charged me FULL PRICE for the invislign treatment whilst falling short of the services they HAVE PROMISED to provide me. I will seek legal action against this clinic but this is a word of caution to anyone who is interested in their services. Also, I found it very unusual that they constantly have new front house/admin staff who are clueless of their clients and do not respond to emails (surprise surprise: have not responded to ANY of my emails requesting refund)

Google Bad Review (2): I visited this dentist and was recommended another service which I pre paid for. Three months later when I was leaving my second appointment I was informed I needed to pay and although I told them I already had they then told me of the £60 worth of additional charges for things I hadn’t been informed or asked about. I disagreed because I’d already paid the original agreed amount but I couldn’t be bothered to argue so I paid again. I never agreed to be in their newsletter yet they persistently emailed me asking for google reviews and offered services. I emailed asking to be removed from the data base because there was no unsubscribe button. In may when by LAW they were supposed to remove anyone who did not resubcrube (when I had never originally subscribed) and they still emailed me. I replied reminding them this and telling them I would finally leave that review they hassle clients for. Here it is. Terrible service, in transparent fees and emails you didn’t ask for.
