Google Bad Review (2): The most unfriendly vet and the highest pricing ever experienced.
Advising me to leave my cat behind just because it's vaccin date was officially starting 3 days after me moving out of the UK, when even the police control at the border let me go through, understanding that in my situation I could not move without the cat even tho the vaccin start date was not yet due, more comprehensive than the vet himself…
Furthermore, the vet blamed me for refusing to stitch my cat's lip (a minor injury) for 1000 pounds!! When another vet did a glueing prestation for 100 pounds which worked totally fine and the cat healed in less than a week.
Also charged me twice for my cat passport without explanation, and charged me for documents I never received… for a total cost of more than 400 pounds…
Also didn't give me my passport on time (but 10 days after coming in to do the vaccins and paper work) because the vet said he works a lot and had no time in his next 4 days off to sign the papers… And I then received a passport with the wrong address and contact numbers, as they kept the same ones on their system since 5 years (phone number not even in use no more!!) even tho I came in more than 3 times personally to change it and even typed it in myself the last time to make sure they changed it on the passport. And again the address was wrong … and I bet it is now the same mistake on my cat's ship, which is a really bad mistake for the potential loss of the cat: having it registered on my old UK flat when I moved back to France… but they still haven't changed it and don't seem to care.
Worst vet ever, and I have had 3 cats and more than 3 vets as I move a lot, and this was the most costly and insulting prestations ever.
Do not recommend it at all.
