Google Bad Review 1: What a complete waste of my time and (petrol) money. Went there to buy a car for my cousin. Car was not as advertised when I saw the car it was evident that it was damage repaired and not professionally done either. This was not written anywhere in the description and I couldn't tell when looking at pics as they were probably taken to hide the damaged areas. Obviously I didn't purchase it I wouldn't advise anyone to spend or even bother trusting what's written as I said was a waste of time. Better to spend your hard earned cash elsewhere

My car has been in the garage for 12 days now as they can not find a fault, the service they have provided is abysmal, Last week I called 3 days in a row never answered the phone, had to call sales team to pass a message on, I asked for a car after 3 days they refused, I am at day 13 still no working car and still no courtesy car. I have 3 children and walking them to school and back is horrendous especially as 2 of them are in Early years and don't live close, so let down would not recommend

Google Bad Review 1: Buy from this dealer with caution. Sold me a car with dodgy brakes and very difficult to get it rectified. Still waiting for it to be fixed and paid over a week ago.

Edit – The dealer returned the car partly fixed but still needing repair. We were advised that the car making a noise still was just due to it being second hand and we have to expect that! We sourced our own mechanic who confirmed the fault within an hour and hd the car fixed via the warranty company which we still had to pay towards.

If you do buy from here ensure you have the best warranty cover so you can get the car fixed without further cost.

I ended up not buying the car because of the issues it had and was told they would refund the deposit. I chased the refund next week. Was told it was on the way and in fact had been made already. Over a week later – no refund yet. I phoned 3 times and texted numerous times. During my last call I said I would go down my credit card company route. And they said: do what you need to do. Avoid the company at all costs! 17/06/2020 update: following the seller’s response to the review below I contacted them and asked to have the offered refund actioned. And this is what the seller responded by email: “Happy to refund you the £100 you paid 3 months ago if you contact autotrader and google to remove the reviews.
Once this is done we will process the refund and it should take 48 hours to reach your account.
Please let me know once done so we can move forward”
So looks like the seller is not so keen on giving the refund unless I remove the negative review. It’s no longer about the money for me. I will keep the negative review as other potential customers of this seller deserve to know who they will be dealing with. Again as before, my advice is AVOID THIS SELLER!

After they fitted new drive belts I was told that they would squeak for a bit in the beginning as they were fresh. When the squeak didn't go away decided to go to another garage who fixed the problem on the spot and it had nothing to do with the belts being fresh. Also had some intermittent noise coming from one of my wheels which Demo Auto could not diagnose and they had some guess that it could be the disc brake but then also went onto change a part that did not need changing to try and fix the problem. Well guess what? The other garage I went to that fixed my belt also fixed the intermittent noise coming from my wheel and it had nothing to do with the disc brake or the part Demo Auto changed. Deceitful Overcharging Cowboys!

I recommend my sister to use a garage AGM which I used in Kilburn Iverson Road, unfortunately my sister went to the the WRONG place and what a costly mistake that was!!

Once she had come home she showed me the invoice and to my shock i believe she was over priced as i called AGM next door asked them how much the specified items cost and to my shock she paid approx 40 % to much.

How can this happen, she also told me she was made to feel uncomfortable and had to make a decision on the spot, some of the new parts were not even discussed with her but she had to pay, im very angry and upset my sister was treated unfairly and unreasonably in my opinion .

I have given them 1 star rating not because they did one something right but because i had no choice to give NO STAR – Keep clear stay away from DEMO AUTO – should be DEMOLITION AUTO CENTRE

Google Bad Review 1: Not a great experience once I got the car home I noticed the panel gaps were different on the drivers side. I took it to a local body shop who told me the Bonnet was full of filler and not put back on correctly. I contacted lee about the issue but he had nothing to do with it his attitude was all second had cars have body damage at some point in their life. That may be the case but I would expect the repair to be done correctly prior to him selling the car on and the repair to fix the issue out of his pocket not mine.

Google Bad Review (2): Very disappointed with poor after sales for Mini Coope S Convertible Purchased April 2018.
Remote keys not working. Had to return to have replaced.Wasted morning.
Radio failed. Poor wiring. Repaired myself.
Indicator faulty.Promised to rectify but have failed to repair after five months and repeatedly ignored emails.
Found to be extremely rusty under body. Shock absorber mounting and sensor perished.
Required 1500 pounds of remedial service to make good poor condition.
Woodside offered to contribute but nothing forthcoming.
