You back and they never do, you chase them and they never respond. I am glad we did not purchase anything from this company as can you imagine if there was an issue with your purchase they will leave you hanging. Pay that little extra and go to a more deserving company where your treated with respect.

Google Bad Review (2):  DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE – worst service i have ever had. Dont even know where to start. Bought a £70k model x, it got delivered in a bad condition and had to go back to be fixed, the back doors were also broke and unable to lock. Since it has been back there (15 days and counting) you get different stories from different people on why you dont have your car back yet, all lies. Original sales guys never answers the phone or emails. They wanted to take our car back post sale and not give us a replacement to drive in the meantime, they then “done us a favour” and gave us a beaten up 12 plat fiat with no a/c to drove (pic below). after over a week of complaining and still no car back they dropped us off a model x of thursday last week which we had to pay to insure, we covered the car until monday the following week as our car was due back friday, and now we are here on monday getting yet more bulls**t as to why our car wont be back again.

I completley regret buying from this company and would never recommend anyone else to use them.
