Google Bad Review 1: I have been leasing cars from Kia KenBrown in Stevenage for 6 years now, 4 months ago I started my new lease and my goodness how their service has changed! My car has been in the garage for 12 days now as they can not find a fault, the service they have provided is abysmal, Last week I called 3 days in a row never answered the phone, had to call sales team to pass a message on, I asked for a car after 3 days they refused, I am at day 13 still no working car and still no courtesy car. I have 3 children and walking them to school and back is horrendous especially as 2 of them are in Early years and don't live close, so let down would not recommend
