Google Bad Review:  Poor! After care is awful.. When i brought the car the second key was missing and was told they would contact me.. I was told the car would be serviced before taking delievery.. However no stamp in the book.. After 2 weeks worth of pumping tyres up due to the pressure sensors throwing errors I checked the tyres and was shocked to find both front tyres were in a terrible state.. I was then told they would have been checked before handover. Clearly that wasn't done. I have also taken out a service contract with Kia and it states the service should be done every 10,000 miles i brought the car at 34k and last service was 26k so should be due.. That to me is ridiculous i've not even done 2k and it's due a service! Thats not right!!!! Will not be buying from you again!

Google Bad Review (2):  We were too brown and Muslim perhaps for this particular branch, everyone hid behind their desks and looked very busy doing nothing when we walked in. Eventually someone came within 10 feet and hastily answered our questions. Didn't bother to show us any cars, just pointed them to us and buzzed off. They were all smiles when a white couple came in though. I did have the urge to shout ‘Allahu Akbar'! But I feel like our visit may have ruined their day as it is. Didn't buy from them of course.

Google Bad Review (2):  We were too brown and Muslim perhaps for this particular branch, everyone hid behind their desks and looked very busy doing nothing when we walked in. Eventually someone came within 10 feet and hastily answered our questions. Didn't bother to show us any cars, just pointed them to us and buzzed off. They were all smiles when a white couple came in though. I did have the urge to shout ‘Allahu Akbar'! But I feel like our visit may have ruined their day as it is. Didn't buy from them of course.

Went there and queued, just 2-3 customers in store, no salesmen came forward to serve even though we had make an appointment and be there on time. First impression, they dont really care about customers!!! Then be told that no fuel in the car that we wanted to test drive, asked us to wait. 45minutes after only we able to start test drive the car. Already near to their closing time. We really like the car, but i think the saleman wanted to go back home and seemed lost his patient and will give us a call. To be honest, before we went to test drive the car, we had actually would like to buy that car. We were putting off by the services we received, we didnt at the end. Was told that deposit going to be refunded, but still not yet received. Have to call again and again to chase for it. I dont think i will recommend this dealership at all, too much hassle to deal but i do like KIA cars because of their 7 years warranty! Howerver this dealership just lose it!!

Google Bad Review 1:  Poor! After care is awful.. When i brought the car the second key was missing and was told they would contact me.. I was told the car would be serviced before taking delievery.. However no stamp in the book.. After 2 weeks worth of pumping tyres up due to the pressure sensors throwing errors I checked the tyres and was shocked to find both front tyres were in a terrible state.. I was then told they would have been checked before handover. Clearly that wasn't done. I have also taken out a service contract with Kia and it states the service should be done every 10,000 miles i brought the car at 34k and last service was 26k so should be due.. That to me is ridiculous i've not even done 2k and it's due a service! Thats not right!!!! Will not be buying from you again!
