Google Bad Review 1: After reading the good reviews I’ve decided to give it a go, even though the reviews might be easily manipulated. I went to have my vehicle checked for a knocking noise. Waited for couple of hours to be seen by someone then they told me to come 2 days later for a test drive to try to locate the noise issue, after the test drive I’ve been told what “might” be the problem and book an appointment to take the car another 2 days later. When I finally managed to leave the car for a full day, in the afternoon I receive a phone call that they do not have an idea where the knocking sound comes from. Come on.. and these people call themselves a mechanics, I am sure you’ve seen everything, it is not a rocketing science after all. Then I went to collect my car, a damage has been made while the car was lifted. I wouldn’t recommend this garage. It is what it is, when you don’t do your job and do a damage while trying to work you get your bad feedback.

Google Bad Review (2): I brought my car in for a quote for some work but when I called the garage they told me they had already completed the job and the cost would be almost £400! In my opinion I felt this was not an all professional (or what I had agreed beforehand) and I felt really let down and quite frankly upset.
However after some discussion we came to a an agreement but I was still disappointed to have been forced in this position. Yes the issue (so far ) is resolved but the cost (for me) was higher than expected and I would have expected (indeed I had requested) to be consulted before the work was done.
Guess they were just too busy on the day to call me but as I say it disappointing
Although, They were very polite, I will not be returning.
