Google Bad Review 1: They charged me more than 300 pounds originally just to change a battery. The owner made me a discount of 10 pounds when i complained about this unfair price… so, in total i paid 300 pounds…just for a battery. they never told me on phone the price before or if i was agree, nothing, they refused despite my phone calls. They just called me back when the work was done to tell me the price. When i have been there to take back my car ( and it is si far from London central) , i continued to tell them i am still not agree with this price because obviously, it shouldn't be so expensive. The french (owner who seemed charming at first on phone) just answered me, so “I have to call the police if you are not agree to pay this price, and i will never leave you your car”…They were telling me they were refusing to give me back my own car! That's a very cool answer…So, i had to pay the price and i had just 320 pounds left at this time on my bank account. They answered me, “you asked us to do your car in priority, so this is the price” Well, it s true that i told them i will leave in France in 10 days and that i couldn't wait for 3 weeks for sure, but i never told them to do my car in 2 days and a half…And i dont think a battery to change takes so long !
Last but not least, i realised a couple of hours later that's the horn was not working anymore. I had to drive without one for weeks and also one of the lights. In fact, when i returned to France recently, a garage and I realised that they did not even reconnected all the wires between themselves and that i could have an accident. The employees of the garage in France were shocked and made me change a bulb of one light that i think this garage in uk damaged because they did a trash job on ly car. The battery is working but they made a terrible work and didnt even reconnect what they disconnected !!
I am terribly disappointed and i dont trust the other comments below. i could have had an accident on my long way home because of them.
They are not truth worthy, and they charged me a lot because i was returning in my country… dishonnest and not professional at all, definitely a bad experience. Below, look at the pictures of their answer with bad faith and the invoice for the battery.

Google Bad Review (2): Wouldnt use these people again.They are VERY expensive. They charged me just over £100 to change 4 spark plugs!! Thats more expensive than Peugeot main dealer! Also not very helpful.
