Google Bad Review 1: Stay away from L&Q. We bought a flat and we were supposed to move in last winter and we are still waiting. Disappointing.

Google Bad Review (2): We were supposed to be moved by last September. Still they haven't given us the flat. Stay away from them. We have been emailing them every week for last few months. They still haven't given us any information back. Very untrustworthy.
Staffs are also ignorant. If you ask them anything, they never give any information. Sales staff hardly know anything about the actual dates for handover.

Google Good Review: If you want a nice new home then i recommend it here. It’s going to be a vibrant community, already begun and they have a lovely new park for young children to play in plus a great community centre where you can get involved in activities The gardens are lovely and the new underground station is coming along great. Plus a new riverboat jetty and access to london by uber boat is happening as well There’s a nice river walk nearby where you can see seals and lots different birds and a new grocery shop being built as well within walking distance
