Google Bad Review 1: Terrible repair service and waiting time.
Reported a stiff bedroom door handle that was showing signs of failure. A2’s contractor came with a terrible attitude and made it seem as though there were no problems with the handle and oiled it instead of replacing it. It seemed to work but not even 1 month later, the handle has completely failed and I am stuck outside my bedroom without my phone charger, wallet, money, change of clothes or even a blanket to sleep in. A2’s contractor claims this is not an urgent situation and gave me an appointment 1 week away. The ultimate fault lies with A2 for hiring terrible contractors that provide inadequate service that A2 is only too happy to hide behind.
Lift has been spoilt for at least 2 months at this point

Google Bad Review (2): Awful in every respect. Don’t buy an A2 Dominion home. We bought a property in East London which when they sold to us said it would come with “24 hour concierge”. Lies. They installed lighting which is is all failing but which is obsolete to replace so you have to replace each unit at £50 a pop at your own expense. They sold the property boasting a cost efficient water heating system and then proceeded to change the provider and charge more money for it. They changed the entrance keys provider and then make you pay for replacements that you previously purchased. Recently they decided to charge leaseholders to have the entry panel assigned to mobiles but social housing tenants don’t have to pay. Oh, and this was because their previous provider was more expensive but now they have opted for a cheaper company – AST who are incompetent – but every leaseholder has to pay £25 each time. They didn’t advise the leaseholders re this because and I quote “it was such a small amount of money we didn’t think it necessary”. Be prepared to spend hours, days, weeks and even months for A2Dominion to address any concerns or issues you may have. You have been warned!
