Google Bad Review:  Tried to buy a house through these clowns mid 2015 only to find that the first viewing, they sent round a total newbie, she turned up 30 minutes late, told us she knew nothing about the area, nor the house and had just started a month ago, then proceeded to waffle on about herself endlessly, but was quick enough to kick us out after 10 minutes as she had to get home..

Second viewing, same woman, now wants us to leave her a review as she was doing us a favour.

Throughout the entire process of buying our house through Allen Heritage, they have never had a clue whats going on, often calling me to ask me for an update instead of the solicitors.

Frequently sat on their hands doing next to nothing, leaving me to chase them after 8 weeks of undue delays caused by them not talking to the very solicitors they recommended to us and the seller.

We frequently spoke to the vendor too who also had very negative dealings with how rude they are and how little they were doing.

They then had the nerve to ask me if I would consider using them if we ever wanted to sell the house in the future!
