I submitted a formal complaint over a month ago thro' official channels for an initial appointment but no response received despite numerous hasteners. I subsequently attended St Georges Hosp for minor surgery 2 weeks ago – pre-surgery and post-surgery experiences were atrocious; i can only but hope the surgery has rectified my condition.

Google Bad Review (2):  The process has changed when you have to have your medication transfusion and it’s a long wait the hospital haven’t considered patients pay for car parking and after 1 hour and 10 minutes I haven’t started my transfusion.
The pharmacy waits for patients to turn up and then it takes the usual bureaucratic time for medication to appear in your ward.
The medication transfusion time is usually 2 hours and I allow always 3 hours parking.
What more could be done here?Park for a whole day for a 2 hours job?
Do patients have to worry about their health plus the parking tickets?

Google Bad Review (2):  Worst birth experience ever. My pregnancy was high risk and had no follow-ups and because of that I ended up contracted an infection and had a extremely premature baby. Midwife's were rude and doctor's have no clue about what to do even though my cervix my closed they kept on blaming on it. I wasn't given steroids after two weeks hospitalized and they didn't know what infection I had so first they gave me the wrong antibiotics. After birth they lost my placenta. NICU experience was very bad too.

Google Bad Review (2):  Someone form my family was waiting a long time for an appointment. Because of COViD-19 it was moved to another 4 months later.
Did confirmed a week before the appointment that it will take a place and been instructed to attend. Took day off at work and once attended to the clinic, receptionist said it will be telephone consultation – no one ever called since. Once contacted with department next day, the receptionist said he have to contact GP to refer himself again. Very, very disappointing causing stress and problems.

I called today to confirm if my brother had received his depo injection and the lady on the phone was eating and being very rude to me because I think she had her McDonald break! How the hell those people passing interviews???? No customer service skills!! She just told me that she couldn't access the computer and if I can call in one hour!!!
Updates : So Today I went with my Brother so he can have his Depo injection. And of course no changes!! So as there is Coronavirus They ask us to take a ticket and wait for you turn ( As this is the proper way! ) But hey what was my surprise as the Receptionist was picking up people before my brother who was first in the line! What is the point of the tickets then??!!!

I confirmed by asking exactly how many and was reassured that it was just a couple. Upon arrival, I found that the clinic was on the second floor and the “couple of steps” were in fact two flights of stairs. My mother could have had a heart attack trying to get a ear waxed. This was both dishonest and unprofessional. The ear waxing was fine.

I was referred to this “clinic” after long term anxiety and insomnia problems not solved by prescriptions from my GP or therapy.

I found the consultant I talked to on the phone incredibly rude, he talked over me and was very condescending.

After the phone consultation I discovered he had put my details forward for group zoom therapy despite me specifically saying not to and that I find online group therapy more harmful than helpful. They are also completely unwilling to prescribe medication that might help sleep disorders.

I didn't realise it was a homeopathic “clinic” until googling it now and I am horrified I was referred to this sham of a fake medical institution.

Stay away if you value evidence based medicine and being taken seriously.
