Google Bad Review 1: Was told I would be one of the first in theatre by pre-op nurse as I lived some distance away, after long wait in ward I was told some hours later I was to be last in by a nurse, which prompted me to walk out, I`ve had better patient care abroad.

Google Bad Review (2): The process has changed when you have to have your medication transfusion and it’s a long wait the hospital haven’t considered patients pay for car parking and after 1 hour and 10 minutes I haven’t started my transfusion.
The pharmacy waits for patients to turn up and then it takes the usual bureaucratic time for medication to appear in your ward.
The medication transfusion time is usually 2 hours and I allow always 3 hours parking.
What more could be done here?Park for a whole day for a 2 hours job?
Do patients have to worry about their health plus the parking tickets?
