Google Bad Review 1: Awful experience. At my appointment I disclosed historic domestic abuse, to which the consultant said ‘huh why didn't you just leave- maybe go to family for a while'. She then laughed when I said I could not afford to heat my flat. I left in tears with details of a mindfulness website. Classist, ableist, victim shaming cr*p.

I was referred to this “clinic” after long term anxiety and insomnia problems not solved by prescriptions from my GP or therapy.
I found the consultant I talked to on the phone incredibly rude, he talked over me and was very condescending.
After the phone consultation I discovered he had put my details forward for group zoom therapy despite me specifically saying not to and that I find online group therapy more harmful than helpful. They are also completely unwilling to prescribe medication that might help sleep disorders.
I didn't realise it was a homeopathic “clinic” until googling it now and I am horrified I was referred to this sham of a fake medical institution.
Stay away if you value evidence based medicine and being taken seriously.
