Google Bad Review 1:  On 10th of August hospitalised and treated for the wrong diagnose. Because of that I had to return a 2nd time 10 days later when an incompetent nurse called Rachel destroyed my hand, digging in my hand and bursting my vein just to simply insert a needle to take blood sample – basic nursing practice! My hand bruised and swollen in seconds. Her reaction was that “it’s in my head, I’m fine, to look away if it hurts” – like looking away would have saved me of her atrocious treatment!! I seeked for help from another nurse who took the needle out which she forcefully taped to my hand claiming “since you react this way I am not going to take out as you won’t let me do another one” – utter ignorance to my pain and no acceptance of the fact she was doing it wrong! Verbally approached her minutes after to ask if my hand looked like “it was in my head” or was that reality? No apology, no trace of empathy, no treatment offered for the damage she caused and just walked away !! Rude, delusional behaviour and incompetence like I never seen. Stay away from her if you attend this hospital for your own sake or you’ll have extra injuries to worry about after leaving that hospital.

Google Bad Review (2):  (Translated by Google) Thanks to the fantastic doctors in the emergency room who dismissed my father at the speed of light by placing the banal suspicion of gastritis without even taking an exam.

Thanks to you, my father almost died two days later, having an emergency operation for a sepsis caused by a haemoperitoneum due to a ruptured gallbladder.
A sepsis that had been going on for days, associated with the pain that, although it never passed even after the morphine injections you gave him, you underestimated the seriousness of the situation by sending it back to the sender.

Grazie ai fantastici medici del pronto soccorso che hanno liquidato mio padre alla velocità della luce ponendo il banale sospetto di una gastrite senza nemmeno fare un esame.

Grazie a voi mio padre è quasi morto due giorni dopo, operato d'urgenza per una sepsi causata da un emoperitoneo dovuto alla rottura della colecisti.
Una sepsi che si portava avanti da giorni, associato al dolore che, nonostante non fosse mai passato nemmeno dopo le iniezioni di morfina che gli avete fatto, voi avete sottovalutato la gravità della situazione rispedendolo al mittente.
