Google Bad Review 1:  Staff communicate with unprofessionalism, a total lack of empathy. Disputes between staff members were done in front of patient and family and cause undue stress to patients and families already undergoing a hard time. Messages were conveyed in an insensitive and panicked manner rather than calmly explaining a situation to make patient and family feel at ease. Despite the high prices, I am so disappointed with the low quality of service we were provided with.

Google Bad Review 1:  Worst birth experience ever. My pregnancy was high risk and had no follow-ups and because of that I ended up contracted an infection and had a extremely premature baby. Midwife's were rude and doctor's have no clue about what to do even though my cervix my closed they kept on blaming on it. I wasn't given steroids after two weeks hospitalized and they didn't know what infection I had so first they gave me the wrong antibiotics. After birth they lost my placenta. NICU experience was very bad too.

The staff cohort are wonderful across all disciplines, all management both local and head office based were approachable, the most important aspect for me was career progression, and never did I feel unsupported in this aspect. Management empower their staff and this leads to key skills development that have allowed me to feel confident in continuing to new challenges, this is primarily attributed to an MDT that gives all staff members a voice in ensuring brilliant patient care. At Bromley Road Hospital, staff and patients work together and in mental health this is key in progressing as a patient and as a clinician.

Google Bad Review (2):  Google was the only place I could find where you can leave an honest review on Bart's and NHS as a whole. The nurses in my experience pre COVID and during covid are the worst. I honestly don't know why they get praised so much. They lack professionalism and the very basic patient care. They actively lie on reports or any incident reports. But they are able to get away with it because they have the backing of the government and we have created this false sense of guilt associated with saying anything negative against Bart's or NHS as a whole. My experience is based on a number of months pre COVID. I just feel sorry for anyone who had to go in during COVID. If you have suffered at the hands of BARTs or NHS, know that you are not alone. Hope that brings some comfort.

Management empower their staff and this leads to key skills development that have allowed me to feel confident in continuing to new challenges, this is primarily attributed to an MDT that gives all staff members a voice in ensuring brilliant patient care. At Bromley Road Hospital, staff and patients work together and in mental health this is key in progressing as a patient and as a clinician.
