Google Bad Review 1:  Had botox done for the first time in the clinic, everything was great, had a top up 2 weeks later as not everything worked, as I've been told that they always put less in just in case. Then everything was great, until 2 months later where everything was wearing off. Complained about it, was invited for a consultation and checked, then I've been told the nurse needs to speak to the manager to see what they can do for me, and she'll give me a call later that week. That was 2 weeks ago, never got a call. Seems they're not interested in keeping clients. At first I was happy with the service but the way they have dealt with my complaint deserves only 1 star. won't be back.

Google Bad Review (2):  The surgeons involved in my surgery decided to give me a flat nose with a shrink tip instead of a Straight nose which was what I actually paid for. Also I had chin job that I did not need but Dr Halsnad manipulated me into having the operation but apparently you don't tell Dr Halsnad what you want apparently he tells you what you are having quite clearly Dr Halsnad manipulated the whole operation now for the rest of my life my face is disfigured. When I confronted him about the damage he quite clearly didn't want to no kept on talking over me infact he blames me for the disfigurement and that I need Psychiatric help. I believe Dr Halsnad is a Manipulator and and he quite clearly does not care fulstop. I will never forget what he said if you don't like what I have done we will go back and reverse the operation. By the way I no longer work for a living on the dole because people don't want me there. Trying to pick myself up (really hard) I wish I never met Dr Halsnad he had NO intention of helping me and I met him through (ELANIC IN GLASGOW ). When you loose everything you literally have nothing else to loose the operation was on 4/3/19 at the Ross Hall hospital the amount of times I asked Dr Halsnad for help and quite clearly he just wanted me to disappear. I also talked to the complaints manager and she quite clearly made her mind up there on the spot and wanted me just to disappear. But I have NO INTENTION of letting this go but due to the covid19 of course things have slowed down hopefully later on in 2021 we have some normality.
