Google Bad Review 1: I had a rhinoplasty over a year ago, I spent roughly 5k and I still have a bump on the bridge of my nose. I discussed the issue with Dr Shoaib and he suggested to ‘wait it out', invest in fillers or consider a second operation. The recovery process was obviously uncomfortable and exhausting, so I can't imagine going through it all over again. The clinic is probably good for other treatments, but if you're considering an invasive / expensive one, I'd suggest to look elsewhere. Getting a follow-up appointment was also a struggle, in over a year I managed to be seen just once after the operation.

Google Bad Review (2): Seen laura miller for demi fillers for my face,and at first she was attentive. But when i seen her again she had put too much filler in my left cheeck,which made my right cheeck look unsightly,and my joules were showing again. When i complained,her attitude changed,as if it was my fault. She then said she would have to speak to her boss,to see if i could get more demi fillers for free to fix it,and when she put more fillers in my right cheeck,she jabbed the needle in,and when i said that was sore,she stated”well lorna you did want this fixed”. This of course made me upset. After 3 days the filler suddenly dissolved,which is rare as my face works well with filler. I then went to see her boss,who is the plastic
surgeon,who
said that he isn't interested in what i think of laura's work,and my skin isn't taking the filler well. Then he started going on about face lifts,then said i could get 10 demi fillers instead,which is contradicting himself. He did not apologise for laura's mistake or did he respond sympathetically.
Overall the whole experience was not great at all,and has been a waste of time and money. I am in no doubt that i am not the only one,who has had this experience,nor do i believe that the right filler if at all was used. I am left with drooping joules and one cheeck fuller than than the other one. This has made me so self conscience and angry at the way they close ranks,when you complain about work that has beem done. I thouroughly recommend people not to go,as i don't want you to endure what i went through. As this experience is supposed to make you feel and look great,but instead in knocks you confidence and make you look unsightly too.
