Absolutely disgusting customer service! Unhelpful and rude staff managing phones and Facebook page.

Received a message 6 weeks ago from Judy Plum saying my prescription had arrived in store, but due to the appalling service I had received over the phone a day before, I made an appointment elsewhere and the prescription was to be sent over. Waited a week for the prescription to be sent only for Judy Plum staff to eventually email the new wig salon saying they don't have my prescription, they've never had the prescription, and they've never heard of me! Complete lies and I have the phone logs/Facebook messages to prove it!

I have already told the people I know of my experience and they will no longer be using Judy Plum. It will never be somewhere I recommend.

Google Bad Review (2):  So looking forward to a girlie shopping day today. Picked up the bridesmaids dresses and then headed into Glasgow in order to visit Judy Plum Wigs. I have had universal alopecia since age ten, now 65. For the last 20 years I have shopped on line. But on the occasion of my daughter's wedding I wanted both her and me to pick out new wigs and have fun doing so. Nowhere on this website does it state By Appointment only. So arrived full of promise only to be told they couldn't fit me in as they were fully booked. I had travelled over 65 miles to get there. Not exactly what I wanted to hear. So sorry Judy Plum Wigs but you lost a big sale today and bigger sales in the future as I will not be using your service ever.
One very disappointed prospective customer!!!
