Google Bad Review 1:  I don't know if Ivo is a good surgeon but the REVIEWS BELOW ARE LIKELY TO BE FAKE.
If you look closer at the people who wrote reviews for Dr Ivo, you will notice that they rated five star the same businesses. For example:
– Isla Clarke, Emma Neil, Aileen Murphy and Sophia Bailey also rated five stars ‘Trinity Tattoo Studio'.
– 4 of them also rated five stars ‘Humira's Beauty Bar'.
– 3 of them also rated five stars ‘Reeves 4 Trees'.
– 2 of them also rated five stars ‘Capital Cabs',
…. And so on.

Google Bad Review (2):  Can't speak for the results but completely lacking in empathy and people skills, my friend who came here received little to no post-op communication and clarification on whether everything went well or not and was left to wonder and stress about how they looked. He literally ignored messages pleading for advice or some clarification that everything is fine.

When they went back for a post Op check up he raised some concerns and asked “why didn't you tell me?” when in reality, he had been told countless times but chose to ignore messages. This is totally unacceptable had something gone wrong and he could have prevented it but literally could not be arsed, instead shifting the blame on the patient. It was not nice seeing the unnecessary panic and anxiety it caused in my friend.

Don't come here unless you're 100% sure and somewhat aware of the procedures, this guy won't ease your anxieties or provide anything resembling an explanation. No help on the post OP procedure or what to do to alleviate issues. Its like he thinks he can rearrange your body and just leave you at that like his work is done. Lazy.

edit: 90% sure he screwed up the op, at the time of writing.
