Google Bad Review 1:  SCAM CLINIC AS PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED

They mislead you with the £295 fee. The adviser on the phone is desperate to make you book an appointment. He doesn't give you any specific information so you rush to book an appointment and he even call you back after few days if you choose to take few days to decide.
He called me and didn't mention anything apart the fee ofi £295 and told me to check the website
The lady at the clinic is very convincing but you can see she just want to be your friend to convince you to book the procedure.
Don't be a fool she will start to tell you that they guarantee the operation for one year but cysts can come back after a while so don't believe they offer you guarrantees better than other clinics .
I couldn't get back my consultation money unfortunately but I have already find a Clinic in Chelsy that will do the procedure for £550 with free consultation and they seem very professional …..you have been warned

Update 19/10/20
So I did eventually get a call from Adam, after me ringing the ‘Hair Growth Centre' to find out if he was going to call, who I was told was Hakeems manager but don't think that's the case, all he really was interested in was just trying to book me in for another treatment, tried to pass me of with a free prp session too, advised him I was already offered that last time, basically he wasn't interested in helping me said he had medical knowledge, but didn't really believe that in fact no one at Harley Street have any medical training so u could be sold anything it's a complete joke, I've also spoken to a number of people via social. Media who have also had terrible experiences with Harley street, when are they actually going to take action and clean there act up? Since my last chat I did say to Adam I want to. Speak to someone higher who that is I jabe no idea, that's another thing so no one knows who is above who or even who the big executive directors are the ones right at the top, heard they are living abroad, living the high life, probably spending all the poor customers who are taken in by a sales pitch to get u to buy a hair transplant.

Update 13/10/20

So as expected not recieved any contact from Adam who is meant to be the manager a over Hakeem, I recieved a phone call from Dr Munir last night, seeing why I rang, I explained I've heard nothing from either Adam or Hakeem, which he was suprised as well as me as he said to me Adam is dealing this with hakeem, which is a lie and as I stated before Adam is as incompetent as Hakeem, and that speaks volumes as Adams meant to be manager and setting an example plus deals with all appointments too, Dr munir apologies, and agrees with me the service I have recieved is unacceptable and I have every right to be feeling destressed and annoid, I asked if he can get Adam to contact me which he said he would but, no surprises heard NOTHING, Hair Growth Centre, get rid of Harley Street there useless!!

Question… why are all the bad reviews coming down or being covered up on Trustpilot ??

The majority of the 5 STAR reviews are fake.

Was sold full head coverage transplant for £4000, only achieved 50%of this, sent to a clinic where this could of been done for half the price, to arrive at a clinic where they offer unlimited graphs for £2000, the company clearly acts as a broker so why not go directly to the sergeons. Dr Rafiq in madia Vale or Dr Mohammed in Kensington or Dr Munir in Manchester, Hair growth centre, NOT HARLEY STREET, this matter needs to be addressed as its misleading and people need to be aware that they are paying additional money thinking there paying for HARLEY St name and service but actually you end up somewhere completely different which is cheaper by far to go direct! Sometimes 75% cheaper. BAD SERVICE.
