Google Bad Review 1: I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but after being recommended to try this clinic, I called several times over several weeks only to go through to a voicemail. I then sent a detailed email of my query and nobody replied so I then called again and left a voicemail asking for them to either call me back or respond to my email but still nothing. Extremely disappointing and frustrating after I was recommended this clinic and told how good it is but they can’t even respond to potential clients. I feel like I have given enough time for them to respond to me and given them the benefit of the doubt before writing this review but it’s got to a point where I’ve waited far too long.

Google Bad Review (2): I have suffered with ongoing hormonal acne since the age of 14 and it has carried on into my 30s. I was bullied in school because of my acne and it has had a negative impact on my mental health and confidence. I hide my face with make up and when my acne is at its worst I don’t want to leave the house which has resulted in me losing my job. Last year It all got too much to bear and I finally plucked up the courage to go and see Dr firaz al-niaimi where he recommended the M22 laser treatment. Since my consultation back in October of 2020 I have lost count of how many emails I have sent asking when next slot is only to be ignored. I call and there is no answer, I can never get through. I shouldn’t have wasted my time or money. I came to you for help only to feel worse.
