Google Bad Review 1:  Appalling clinic. Cannot follow the scientific method or treat/advise you on treating a skin condition. Completely in the dark.

Google Bad Review (2):  My honest opinion would be to avoid the London Dermatology Clinic.

Below are some notes from my experience, make of these what you will.

– Initial consultation was between 5-10 minutes for £179
– Notes provided by biro with no official reports sent
– Insisted on charging a prescription fee of £20 but wouldn't tell me what for, then proceeded to prescribe the same medication as they had done previously despite this not working in the past
– No detailed reasoning for why I was being prescribed certain medications and what for
– Communication could be quick but informal
– Unclear difference between appointments over the phone and in person as they use the same email templates
– I was charged £50 for cancelling an appointment 24 hours before said appointment. I was under the impression this was a brief catch up over the phone. (The fee is fair enough due to the 48 hour cancellation fee but I was charged the £50 before communicating with the clinic that I was disengaging with them). In fairness to the clinic, this was then refunded.

For others, I'm sure the clinic is great but in my particular case, it wasn't the same. Since engaging with another dermatologist my experience has been more formal and professional.
