They even charged me the dry cleaning fee for ruining my coats. .. 3 coats destroyed is not a joke and they cost lots of money to replace.

Google Bad Review 1:  If only it allowed you to give NO STARS! Such a shame when a good company goes down the drain due to poor customer service! I have been going to the Baker Street branch for many many years even when there are several other branches closer to my home I have chosen that branch specifically well that stops now!
No longer will I return the way I have been treated by their staff from junior to senior management is atrocious, both the branch manager and area manager had the audacity to say to me mid conversation “I'm sorry I have to go now because there is a customer in the store I cannot deal with your situation” it was nice to know they value their customers equally. I don't know if they have changed management in the last year but it has gone downhill dramatically.
– Delivery times are unrealistic they expect you to wait around for a minimum of three hours and when the driver is running late they don't call to let you know.
– They mix up customer items I received a pair of trousers that were not even mine.
Oh and the best part is when I asked for a refund the “area manager” told me to take the item back so they can “take back their service” and issue my refund – it is laughable at how a company with a good reputation is being dragged through the mud because of their employees who do not know the basics in speaking to a customer politely.

The assistant charged me £17.90,(£8.95 each ) for cutting two keys, he told me it's because it's a security key, he's a lair. I went to another shop close to Oxford st. called W1 Hardware, I asked the price to cut the same key, cost £5.00 each. DON'T GO THERE, STAY AWAY!

Google Bad Review 1:  The London Dry Cleaning Company on Finchley Road is a prime example of how not to run a business.

I dropped off a pair of formal trousers that I had bought recently because I thought it was a good idea to have them dry cleaned instead of washing them myself. What a mistake that was! When I dropped them off, there were some stains on the upper back that needed to be removed, a very straightforward job. When I subsequently picked them up and brought them home I was surprised: not only where the original stains still there, but in addition there were a large number of blue stains running up along one of the trouser legs, a chemical substance of some sort. Naturally I went back but was treated with a lot of hostility. These were obviously stains that I had made, according to the woman behind the counter, and there was no way in hell that this could have happened during the “cleaning” process according to her. So much for ‘the customer is king’… After some back and forth she agreed to take them back and this time clean them properly. That was mistake number two…

Weeks went by, and multiple attempts from me and my partner to find out what the status was on my trousers led to a generic answer that they were undergoing “special treatment” off site. After a few weeks more and a few phone calls with her superior, I gave up and decided to collect the trousers, whatever state they were in. Naturally nothing had changed – the stains were still there – and although the “special treatment” supposedly happened off site, the trousers were right there for the taking.

Coming home angrily and frustrated with The London Dry Cleaning Company’s incompetence and general lack of manners, I came up with the brilliant idea to wash the trousers myself in the washing machine. What was left to lose anyway? To my surprise the stains were all gone when I took them out. The London Dry Cleaning Company’s ineptitude is only matched by their dishonesty.

In a nutshell: AVOID AT ALL COST.

Google Bad Review (2):  Bad experience. Called ahead and asked if they could clean my leather shoes. The boss said “yes we'll take care of you”. The woman in the shop said come back on Tuesday and gave me a ticket for £5. On Tuesday morning I came back – the same woman said “it's not her job to clean shoes” and that she didn't tell me to come back on Tuesday. Messed up my whole day as I had to rearrange to be there early for 7.

Google Bad Review 1:  I do not recommend this drycleaners for a prompt reliable drycleaning service. They cannot turn around drycleaning within a reasonable time frame – we asked for it back a day and a half later – and have twice in a row failed to have our essential drycleaning ready at the stated time so that we have not been able to use these clothes. In terms of alterations, you don't get an advanced quote or price for the work, even though I requested this. My alterations were done without authorisation and were expensive.

When I complained about all the above to the shopworker and asked for the owner to call me, there was no contact by the owner. It's over three days later since I called to complain. Customer service is clearly not their focus.

Junk advertising
It is illegal for businesses to use personal information to send out junk texts. I made the mistake of giving my personal details to these people 2 years ago. After 2 years they are still spamming me with junk texts trying to get business.
Do not do business with these people, never give them your personal information.
