Google Bad Review (2): STAY AWAY.!! They RUINED 3 of my expensive coats ( Max Mara, Ralph Lauren and Escada) not only that they ruined it ( we know this can happen to anyone potentially) they are NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY and are completely ignoring me and being rude about it too!!! 🙁
They even charged me the dry cleaning fee for ruining my coats. .. 3 coats destroyed is not a joke and they cost lots of money to replace.
