Google Bad Review 1: If only it allowed you to give NO STARS! Such a shame when a good company goes down the drain due to poor customer service! I have been going to the Baker Street branch for many many years even when there are several other branches closer to my home I have chosen that branch specifically well that stops now!
No longer will I return the way I have been treated by their staff from junior to senior management is atrocious, both the branch manager and area manager had the audacity to say to me mid conversation “I'm sorry I have to go now because there is a customer in the store I cannot deal with your situation” it was nice to know they value their customers equally. I don't know if they have changed management in the last year but it has gone downhill dramatically.
– Delivery times are unrealistic they expect you to wait around for a minimum of three hours and when the driver is running late they don't call to let you know.
– They mix up customer items I received a pair of trousers that were not even mine.
Oh and the best part is when I asked for a refund the “area manager” told me to take the item back so they can “take back their service” and issue my refund – it is laughable at how a company with a good reputation is being dragged through the mud because of their employees who do not know the basics in speaking to a customer politely.
