Google Bad Review: Need a receipt or payment recording system. I recently took my blazer to alter sleeve length, the tailoring is good. However I went during a busy time on Thursday 4pm, and when I made my payment in cash, Hadi the tailor took it and forgot to record the payment due to a line of people forming to retrieve their tailored cloths, and I was not able to read the handwriting saying To Pay on my retrieval ticket. Also was quite disappointed that I was put at the bottom priority compared to what other reviews saying their tailoring is done within 1 day, Hadi said it will be done in tuesday (5 days!) I have my event on Monday and had to compromise and ask for it to be done by then. On Monday I was so happy to retrieve my blazer, but was met with humiliation when Hadi asked for payment, which I had paid on Thursday, I told him I did pay and received condescending comments saying “if you said you paid, you paid” this is very humiliating as never in my life have I been told I did not pay, and made me feel like I was a thief. This made what was a happy moment turned very sour, just because there is no proper payment recording system and advise to pay by card to have a record, I thought I was doing the small business a favor to pay in cash but this was not the case.
