Google Bad Review 1:  Would not recommend this company.
Overpriced job and left it unfinished.
Did not have the professionalism or decency to finish the job.

Fitted carpet to stairs, fitter left top of stairs without end nosing as he didn't have one.
Said he would have, to come back.
Its a viral part of fitting carpets to stairs so how it could be forgotten is beyond me.

Contacted Terry who at first said it wasn't in the price quoted. He then changed his mind when i wrote him an email stating that it should be.

Terry asked for date when his fitter could come.
I asked if the fitter could visit on Saturday.
And received no further communication.

I dont have the time to chase him to fit a £10 nosing and will try to do it myself.

Also originally quoted £280 for stairs when i told him 6 of the steps were corners he increased price to £400. He explained price increase was due to extra carpet needed. I agreed as job needed doing quickly. Once fitter finished he left enough carpet to recarpet the stairs again.
Meaning Terry over calculated the amount of carpet needed thus U paid more than i should have.

Google Bad Review (2):  Went to the store to look for a carpet. The salesperson wasn't very helpful and didn't pay a lot of attention to what I wanted and kept showing me random carpets.

In the end I gave them my details for a quote (no idea why they couldn't give me the quote on the spot as I had the measurements). Never called me back.
