Google Bad Review 1:  Flooring doesn’t last more than 6 months dropped my daughters phone and markings came up poor experience and cheap rubbish materials they provide save your money and go else where… customer service guy was rude on the phone

Google Bad Review (2):  Avoid at all costs. Very unprofessional service. I purchased the carpet and ordered fitting. Two days before the date I was boooked I received a call to book a fitting! When I told a caller I am already booked he said I will call you in 5 minutes. After 2 hours another person call to book it. During 12 minutes conversation I informed the person I have made arrangements at work and expect fitters to come when agreed. Waste of time. They did not even apologize or admit it was their fault. I was also told I cannot cancel! Finally when the fitters came they were unhappy the carpet gripper is removed. Over one week with sharps on the steps that would be quite a hazard! On the top of that I was told I have to pay extra £15 over what was agreed and given me in writing in the shop to cut not even 1 meter of laminating floor (5 minutes job, highly overpriced). Also they said they do not take any responsibility for a potenial damage!! Another call to the shop and again we were informed that we cannot cancel and we have to pay additional amount to get the job done. The fitters were ok though, but the rest… well, reviews reflect how it really is. That's a lesson for me – read the Google reviews before you choose a company. Thank you Google
