I should've known when they asked for the full amount of money upfront that something was up. A “2 day job” took 4 weeks. For those four weeks we didn't have a floor. They ripped up our carpet then started fitting the wrong floor. We told the fitters and they stopped and left. You can see how they left our floor in the pictures. They damaged our balcony while cutting pieces, repeatedly ordered the wrong flooring and not enough of it because of miscalculations – leading to the weeks fitting and noise. They were rude and refused to give any discount despite the delay and damage they caused to our property. We had also taken the 2 days as holiday as we work from home, but the cutting, buffing and fitting caused too much noise for us to make business calls during the fitting.

Amateurish and rude.
